Combined effect of high temperature and drought on yield and malting quality of barley

چکیده
Spring barley varieties Tolar and Marthe were grown under the standard conditions stress with a combined effect of high temperature drought in three experiments conducted greenhouse phytotron type. The results showed that growing led to reduced yield, grain quality malt quality. This was observed both individual years on average for entire study period. Average yield declined by ca 53% retention above 2.5 mm screen decreased 28% (P = 0.001). Further, content proteins rose 3.7% while starch 5.1% 0.01). In samples, extract friability 5.8% 15%, respectively, protein increased 3.8% dominant factor experiments.
